Having never been to Charlotte, NC, I was so happy to have found Rainbow of Blossoms. I called and was guided through the options on the website and all my questions answered completely. Once ordered and made, I was sent a photo to approve. Confirmation emailed to me when the flowers were delivered and all this happened within 3 hours!!
My family was so happy and loved the beautiful flowers. The photo they sent me was exactly the same as I ordered (not always the case).
I am very pleased with this experience!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I'm out of state, sending flowers to a friend. I purchased online, told them sub whatever you need to and my friend loves orange. I was delighted that they created this absolutely stunning arrangement. It's art in flower form. My friend loved it, too! Can't say enough good things about the beauty and keeping me in the loop throughout the process - creating the arrangement and photos again at delivery. 10 out of 5 stars!

I live in California. My lifelong friend in N.Carolina lost her beautiful Golden Retriever 2 days ago to cancer, so sad. The two were very close. So I called Christina yesterday, a Sunday, and this beautiful bouquet for my precious friend is what resulted. Christina was just wonderful, helpful, very honest & caring.
