Reviews

My overall experience was terrific! I ordered 3 luxury arrangements, not one of them disappointed. Sadly, one of the arrangements was not exactly what I ordered due to unavailability. Nonetheless, the substitute was equally as beautiful. With regards to the succulent collection, this was exactly as described and worth every penny...positively beautiful! What impressed me most was the communication from the florist, it's evident they care about their customer satisfaction. I have tried a few other florist over the years, not one compared...I will undoubtedly be using these guys going forward!!!

----
Florist's Response:

We sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding the necessary flower substitution, and we’re delighted that the replacement arrangement was equally beautiful. We’re also thrilled that you loved the succulent collection! Thoughtful communication, beautiful designs, and complete customer satisfaction are extremely important to us. Your trust and kind words mean more than you know, and we look forward to creating many more beautiful arrangements for you in the future!

Absolutely amazing experience! The flowers and arrangements are always beautiful and look just as stunning in person as they do on the website photos. Ordering flowers online and cross-country always makes me a little hesitant, but they completely exceeded expectations every time. The quality, presentation, and freshness have all been outstanding. The same-day or next-day delivery option is also a huge plus and makes the entire process so convenient. I will definitely continue using them again and again!

Having never been to Charlotte, NC, I was so happy to have found Rainbow of Blossoms. I called and was guided through the options on the website and all my questions answered completely. Once ordered and made, I was sent a photo to approve. Confirmation emailed to me when the flowers were delivered and all this happened within 3 hours!!
My family was so happy and loved the beautiful flowers. The photo they sent me was exactly the same as I ordered (not always the case).
I am very pleased with this experience!

I was truly impressed with the flower arrangement and additional gifts I ordered from Rainbow and Blossoms. Although I'm not local, I'm so glad I took the time to read the Yelp reviews and chose them over other vendors. I live in California. My lifelong friend in N.Carolina lost her beautiful Golden Retriever 2 days ago to cancer, so sad. The two were very close. So I called Christina yesterday, a Sunday, and this beautiful bouquet for my precious friend is what resulted. Christina was just wonderful, helpful, very honest & caring. Clearly, she is a talented artist as well. Thank you Christina for your very kind help, excellent care and for getting it done and delivered so fast. You are awesome!
